Why I love making fudge!

There is nothing like “old fashioned southern style” fudge. Thanks to my wonderful grandmother who inspired and taught me when I was a young girl, has become a family tradition. 

She was a cook by trade and sewing/crafting were her hobbies. She also loved collecting recipes, and she had collected many over her 96 years. 

So, I guess in a way, making her fudge, helps carry on her memory for me. She loved to cook for family and friends whenever she had the chance, It was her way of showing her love.

I have been making my grandmother's fudge for 30 years. Fudge is made in an FDA regulated kitchen.
